  • Connected TV // Launched CTV programs overseeing creative in order to implement best practices and showcase brand storytelling. Saw immediate positive results with above-average ROAS.

  • Direct Mail (catalog & postcard retargeting) // Partnered with agency to plan distribution mix to repeat and prospect customers. Oversaw all creative, storytelling, and copy for 11+ books/year.

  • Card Linked Marketing // Implemented a card linked marketing program with all major banks targeting prospective customers that saw a 12:1 ROAS.
